RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return & Exchange Window
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Claims for damaged or broken items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photo proof.
Return Authorization
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have received a Return # and instructions from our team. Contact us at contact@prototype-fragrance.com before sending any item back.
Partial or Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied or reduced in the following cases:
Items not in their original condition, or items damaged/missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Gift cards are strictly non-returnable.
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@prototype-fragrance.com for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was not marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver first), the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged/replacement items to reach you may vary.
