Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at +6018-9000200 (Whatapps only). We will do our best to accommodate, but once an item has been shipped from our fulfillment center, no changes can be made.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All parcels are shipped via DHL eCommerce.
Estimated delivery times:
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days
International shipping is not available at this time.

A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Delays & Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, festive seasons). We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to DHL.
