Inspiration:
In the mountains of Chiang Rai, Chinese tea traditions have crossed borders and taken root among the hills. Black tea and green tea are poured into small cups, surrounded by cool air and morning mist. Further south, the character changes. Thai lemongrass, warm cardamom and milk turn tea into something brighter and more tropical. Then comes pandan, green, soft and familiar, a scent closely tied to Malaysia and everyday Southeast Asian life. China, Thailand and Malaysia each speak through tea in a different way. Different leaves, different customs, different homes — connected by the same simple act of pouring a cup.
