The hills around West Lake (HangZhou) are often covered with morning mist during tea season. The finest Dragon Well Tea (Long Jing) comes from the first harvest of the year. The leaves are tender after a long winter and are considered the most valuable of the year. Every bud is picked by hand. The tea carries the freshness of cool mornings and mountain air. On a quiet afternoon beside West Lake, enjoying the view with a cup of tea and a few pieces of dried mango. As the breeze moved gently across the water, time seemed to slow down. Simple and peaceful. It felt like the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
