Inspiration:
The heat in GuangXi (Rong’an) arrived early, a city known for its golden kumquats. A farmer placed one in my hand, its peel smooth and shining in the sun.

One bite changed everything. No bitterness. No seeds. Juice lifted instantly, bright and cooling, like shade appearing where there was none.

Each note unfolded like the afternoon itself — fresh at first, playful in the middle, then calm and warm as the sun lowered. What surprised me most was how long the feeling lasted.
