Inspiration:
In the cold air of Stockholm dawn, juniper berries crack beneath his fingers, steep for days. Their green slowly bleeding into spirit. From the copper still, steam curls upward, juniper, lemon, a breath of gin. The air tastes of pine and wind.

He lifts the lid, and the scent rushes out like northern air. It smells like morning distilled into glass. Then warmth unfolds: pepper, cardamom, cedar. When it’s done, the gin smells of the North itself, clean, pine, and unbound.
