Inspiration:
A quiet afternoon in Uji, where matcha has been part of everyday life for generations. At a small tea house, a bowl of matcha was whisked slowly by hand. The green was unusually deep, and the first sip was not sweet at all, slightly bitter, vegetal, with a rich umami taste that almost reminded of toasted seaweed and the sea.

Then came the milk. Warm and creamy, it softened everything. The bitterness became gentle, the umami became smooth, and the intense green character slowly settled into something comforting.
